Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, and guest services
- Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
- Resolve guest inquiries and ensure exceptional service standards
- Monitor budget compliance and implement cost-control measures
- Coordinate with maintenance, security, and external vendors
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase occupancy
- Conduct regular property inspections to maintain quality standards
- Prepare operational reports and analytics for senior management
Qualifications
- No prior hotel management experience required - we train our own leaders!
- Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in hotel management software (training provided)
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights/weekends
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Valid Arizona driver's license and reliable transportation
