Responsibilities
- Shadow senior managers to learn daily hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, and guest services
- Assist in team training and scheduling for 15+ staff members
- Monitor guest satisfaction metrics and implement improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with departments to optimize operational efficiency
- Participate in revenue management strategies and vendor negotiations
- Develop crisis management and conflict resolution skills
- Complete monthly leadership development modules
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Exceptional customer service skills with a passion for luxury experiences
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Proficiency in hotel management software (Opera, Fidelio)
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid New York State driver's license (required for property inspections)
- Fluency in English; additional languages preferred
