Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences across all hotel touchpoints
- Train in front desk operations, concierge services, and guest complaint resolution
- Learn inventory management and vendor coordination systems
- Shadow department heads in housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B operations
- Develop leadership skills through team scheduling and training support
- Assist in implementing brand standards and service protocols
- Participate in daily property management meetings
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality degree preferred
- Zero experience required – we train motivated beginners
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights/weekends
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel management software
- Texas Food Handler certification (provided during training)
- Valid driver's license with clean record
