Responsibilities
- Master front desk operations including check-in/check-out procedures and reservation management
- Train in daily staff scheduling, performance reviews, and conflict resolution
- Develop expertise in revenue management strategies and occupancy forecasting
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B departments for seamless operations
- Implement guest experience protocols and handle escalated service inquiries
- Assist in developing marketing initiatives and local partnerships
- Participate in monthly financial reviews and operational audits
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality degree preferred
- Proven customer service experience (retail, food service, or hospitality)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in hotel management software (training provided)
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Basic understanding of hotel revenue management concepts
- Valid Texas driver's license (required for property inspections)
