Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, and guest services
- Train and supervise staff members with hands-on guidance
- Implement company standards for guest satisfaction and service excellence
- Manage inventory, budgets, and vendor relationships
- Resolve guest inquiries and maintain positive relationships
- Coordinate with marketing team to drive occupancy and revenue
- Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Customer service experience in any industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management systems
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights/weekends
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Valid North Carolina driver's license
- Willingness to complete our management training program
