Responsibilities
- Oversee daily front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and reservation management.
- Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction by resolving complaints and requests promptly.
- Assist in training junior staff and maintaining high service standards.
- Manage inventory for housekeeping and front-of-house supplies.
- Coordinate with the sales team to promote special packages and events.
- Handle cash handling and accurate daily reconciliation.
- Monitor building security and safety protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required for entry-level candidates.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency with property management systems (PMS) is an asset.
- Must be detail-oriented and organized.
- Valid driver’s license preferred.
