Responsibilities
- Assist in daily hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, and guest services
- Learn to manage staff schedules and performance under supervision
- Train on reservation systems and revenue optimization techniques
- Develop problem-solving skills for guest inquiries and operational challenges
- Participate in budgeting and inventory management training
- Shadow senior managers during high-traffic periods and events
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights/weekends
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, reservation systems)
- Leadership potential and eagerness to learn
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
