Responsibilities
- Assist in the daily operations of the front desk and guest services, ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience.
- Supervise housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure cleanliness standards meet our luxury criteria.
- Resolve guest complaints and inquiries promptly, maintaining a high level of guest satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies to manage operational costs effectively.
- Participate in staff scheduling and training to foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations and hotel policies at all times.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to promote hotel amenities and special events.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management is a plus.
- Previous customer service experience in a fast-paced environment is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on professional etiquette.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and property management software (PMS) is an asset.
- A valid driver's license is required.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights.
