Responsibilities
- Master front desk operations, check-in/check-out procedures, and reservation systems
- Assist in managing daily hotel operations including housekeeping and maintenance coordination
- Develop exceptional guest service skills and resolve guest inquiries professionally
- Learn revenue management strategies and occupancy optimization techniques
- Support staff scheduling, training, and performance management
- Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations
- Contribute to marketing initiatives and community engagement
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality degree preferred
- No prior hotel experience required – we train from scratch!
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management systems

- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license (for property errands)
