Responsibilities
- Oversee daily front desk operations, check-in/check-out procedures, and guest inquiries
- Coordinate housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B service teams for seamless operations
- Implement brand standards and service excellence protocols
- Manage inventory control and supply chain for operational efficiency
- Resolve guest complaints with empathy and solution-oriented approaches
- Train and mentor new team members on hospitality best practices
- Analyze operational metrics to identify improvement opportunities
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (hospitality degree preferred but not required)
- Zero hospitality experience needed – we provide full training!
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Proficient in hotel management software (training provided)
- Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
