Responsibilities
- Master front desk operations, guest check-in/out procedures, and reservation systems
- Learn housekeeping management and quality control standards
- Assist with staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
- Handle guest complaints and ensure exceptional service delivery
- Participate in budget management and revenue optimization
- Develop marketing strategies for local events and tourism
- Oversee maintenance coordination and vendor relationships
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Strong customer service orientation and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights/weekends
- Basic computer proficiency and willingness to learn PMS software
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn hospitality operations
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
