Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations to ensure seamless guest experiences and high service standards.
- Manage and mentor a diverse team of staff, including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance.
- Monitor and control the P&L, ensuring budget adherence and maximizing revenue through upselling and efficient resource management.
- Handle complex guest inquiries and resolve complaints with empathy and professionalism to maintain a 5-star reputation.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to maintain inventory levels and facility quality.
- Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and local regulations.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract local and transient guests.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in hotel management or a senior supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of hotel management software (PMS) and reservation systems.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management is preferred.
- Proven ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record.
