What You Will Do:
As the Weekend Manager, you will be the face of our hotel during peak times. You will oversee daily operations, manage a diverse team, and ensure every guest interaction leaves a lasting positive impression.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all hotel operations, front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance during weekend shifts.
- Manage staff schedules, delegate tasks, and conduct performance reviews.
- Resolve guest complaints and special requests efficiently to ensure high satisfaction scores.
- Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and security protocols.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain standards.
- Train new staff on luxury service standards and hotel policies.
- Generate and review weekly reports on occupancy, revenue, and operational metrics.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in hotel management or supervisory roles.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts as required.
- Proficiency in Property Management Systems (PMS) such as Opera or similar.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Associate’s degree in Hospitality Management or relevant field is preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
