Job Summary
The Hotel Manager will be responsible for the overall operation of the hotel, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, service, and safety. You will lead a diverse team, manage guest relations, and ensure the property meets the expectations of our clientele.
Responsibilities
- Oversee Daily Operations: Manage all aspects of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and food and beverage service.
- Staff Management: Hire, train, schedule, and mentor staff to ensure high performance and morale.
- Guest Relations: Address guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
- Financial Oversight: Monitor budgets, control expenses, and manage inventory levels to maximize profitability.
- Safety Compliance: Enforce health and safety protocols, fire safety regulations, and local licensing requirements.
- Marketing: Collaborate with the marketing team to promote special offers and events to attract new guests.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in hotel management or a supervisory role within the hospitality industry.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Software Proficiency: Experience with Property Management Systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or Business preferred.
