Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations during the night shift, including check-ins, check-outs, and room key management.
- Perform nightly financial audits, balancing accounts, and preparing daily financial reports.
- Resolve guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with the highest level of courtesy and efficiency.
- Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the lobby, common areas, and front desk areas.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions with strict accuracy.
- Answer incoming phone calls and emails, directing messages to appropriate departments.
- Monitor security systems and hotel premises to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree in Hospitality or Business is preferred.
- Previous experience in hotel front desk operations or night audit roles is required.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Micros).
- Excellent communication skills and a professional, welcoming demeanor.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during night hours.
