Responsibilities
- Oversee all night operations, ensuring the safety and security of guests and property.
- Manage the front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and accurate cash handling.
- Respond to guest inquiries and complaints promptly, ensuring high satisfaction scores.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready for the next day.
- Monitor fire safety systems and conduct nightly security rounds.
- Handle wake-up calls and special guest requests with discretion.
- Train and supervise night staff, including front desk agents and bell attendants.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in hospitality, preferably in a supervisory or front office capacity.
- Strong ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in hotel property management systems (PMS) is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality certification is a plus.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift light objects.
