Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out efficiently, handling payments and processing reservations.
- Perform the nightly audit, ensuring all financial transactions are accurate and secure.
- Answer a high volume of incoming phone calls and resolve guest inquiries or complaints professionally.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area, lobby, and public spaces.
- Monitor security cameras and access logs to ensure the safety of the property and guests.
- Assist guests with local directions, restaurant recommendations, and special requests.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED (or currently enrolled).
- Ability to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs.
