Responsibilities
- Guest Check-In/Out: Assist guests with check-in procedures, room assignments, and provide keys or key cards in a professional and friendly manner.
- Front Desk Operations: Answer incoming phone calls, manage guest inquiries, and respond to emails promptly.
- Security & Access: Monitor hotel premises for safety and security, ensuring doors and windows are secure and reporting any irregularities.
- Housekeeping Coordination: Coordinate with the housekeeping team to ensure rooms are cleaned and stocked for the next day.
- Financial Handling: Perform basic cash handling duties, including counting floats and balancing cash drawers at the end of the shift.
- General Maintenance: Perform light maintenance tasks and report any facility issues to management immediately.
- Customer Service: Maintain a high standard of customer service, ensuring all guests feel welcome and valued.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- No Experience Needed: We welcome applicants with no prior hospitality experience. We provide on-the-job training.
- Availability: Must be able to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays as required (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Computer Literacy: Basic proficiency with computers and point-of-sale systems is preferred but not required.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and able to work well with minimal supervision.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and lift light objects (up to 20 lbs).
