Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out efficiently, ensuring all paperwork and digital registrations are completed accurately.
- Monitor hotel security systems and lobby areas to ensure a safe and secure environment for all guests.
- Answer incoming phone calls professionally and assist guests with inquiries, requests, or emergencies.
- Assist with light housekeeping duties and maintain the cleanliness of common areas, restrooms, and the front desk.
- Process payments, manage the front desk cash register, and reconcile daily sales reports.
- Ensure the lobby is organized, welcoming, and well-lit for late-night arrivals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or front desk operations is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills and a professional, welcoming demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use property management software.
