Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
- Manage the front desk operations, including answering phones, processing payments, and handling mail.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are clean and ready for occupancy.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with patience, empathy, and professionalism.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming lobby and public areas.
- Assist in coordinating hotel events and managing reservations as needed.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or retail is a plus but not required.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn Property Management Systems (PMS).
- A positive attitude and a strong focus on guest satisfaction.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs.
