Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Provide a warm, professional welcome to all guests, handling check-ins and check-outs with efficiency and grace.
- Guest Assistance: Respond to guest inquiries regarding local attractions, dining, and hotel amenities using a polite and helpful demeanor.
- Operational Support: Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of the lobby, reception areas, and common spaces.
- Problem Resolution: Address and resolve guest complaints or issues immediately to ensure a high level of guest satisfaction.
- Shift Coordination: Adhere to strict shift schedules, including opening, closing, and weekend rotations, ensuring security and operations are maintained 24/7.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform basic data entry, maintain guest logs, and ensure all paperwork is completed accurately.
Qualifications
- Experience: No prior experience required; we provide on-the-job training for all entry-level candidates.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Attitude: A genuine passion for service and a positive, can-do attitude towards teamwork.
- Availability: Flexibility to work varying shifts, including holidays and weekends, is essential for this role.
- Technology: Basic computer proficiency and comfort with learning new property management software.
