Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
- Manage and train front desk, concierge, and housekeeping teams to meet high standards.
- Resolve guest complaints and inquiries promptly to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels for food, beverage, and amenities.
- Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and fire regulations.
- Coordinate with maintenance staff to address facility issues quickly.
- Prepare daily reports and manage budgets effectively.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in hotel management or supervisory roles.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in hotel management software (PMS) such as Opera or Micros.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and nights.
- High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or Business preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
