Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure with a smile.
- Assist with check-in and check-out procedures using our Property Management System.
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Ensure the lobby and public areas are clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Support the Housekeeping and F&B departments as needed.
- Handle cash transactions and credit card payments with accuracy.
- Maintain a high standard of personal grooming and professionalism at all times.
Qualifications
- No prior experience or formal education is required; training is provided.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and nights.
- Basic computer literacy is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift light objects.
