Responsibilities
- Conduct night audit duties, including financial reconciliation, posting charges, and balancing accounts to ensure accuracy.
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Monitor hotel security systems and premises to ensure the safety and security of guests and property.
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organization in the front desk area.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs and maintenance issues promptly.
- Utilize property management systems (PMS) to manage reservations and guest profiles.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality or hotel management certification is a plus.
- Previous experience in a hotel front desk role or luxury hospitality environment is preferred.
- Must be available to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency with Opera PMS or similar hotel software.
- Excellent communication skills and a professional, welcoming demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light objects when necessary.
