The Role
As a key member of our hotel team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, guest service, and operational efficiency. This is a fantastic opportunity for those looking for local hotel jobs with immediate start dates.
Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Greet guests warmly upon arrival, assist with check-ins and check-outs, and provide local recommendations to ensure a memorable stay.
- Housekeeping & Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness of public areas, guest rooms, and restrooms to company standards; report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Front Desk Operations: Answer multi-line phone systems, manage reservations, and process payments accurately using hotel software.
- Shift Management: Adhere to strict shift schedules, including nights and weekends, ensuring smooth transitions between shifts.
- Security & Safety: Monitor CCTV cameras, secure the premises, and follow all safety protocols and emergency procedures.
- Inventory Control: Monitor and restock essential supplies such as toiletries, linens, and office materials as needed.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in hospitality, hotel management, or customer service is preferred.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Technology: Proficient in using computer systems, POS terminals, and basic office software.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods.
