Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm, professional demeanor upon arrival.
- Assist with guest check-in, check-out, and room key distribution procedures.
- Respond to guest inquiries via phone, email, and in person promptly.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming lobby and common areas.
- Support the housekeeping team with laundry, stocking supplies, and room inspections.
- Handle cash transactions and operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately.
- Ensure compliance with all hotel safety, security, and health regulations.
Qualifications
- No prior hospitality experience is required; we provide full training.
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift moderately heavy items (up to 25 lbs) for long periods.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Basic computer proficiency and a willingness to learn new software.
