Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for all guests, providing a warm welcome and professional check-in/check-out service.
- Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and reservations efficiently using our Property Management System (PMS).
- Handle cash, credit card transactions, and gift shop sales with strict accuracy and accountability.
- Assist guests with local directions, recommendations, and concierge services to enhance their stay.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk lobby and common areas at all times.
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints promptly, escalating issues to management when necessary.
- Participate in daily staff briefings and training sessions to improve service standards.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required; we are happy to train the right candidate!
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
