Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Welcome guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures efficiently and courteously.
- Guest Assistance: Provide information about local attractions, dining, and transportation to enhance the guest experience.
- Communication: Answer incoming phone calls professionally, take accurate messages, and relay information to staff members promptly.
- Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk console, including handling cash, credit card transactions, and processing folios.
- Maintenance: Monitor the lobby and common areas to ensure cleanliness and a welcoming atmosphere.
- Problem Solving: Address guest inquiries and resolve minor issues on the spot to ensure guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Computer Literacy: Basic familiarity with computers and the ability to learn property management systems quickly.
