Responsibilities
- Supervise daily hotel operations during assigned shifts, ensuring all departments function optimally
- Lead and mentor front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance teams through performance coaching
- Resolve guest concerns with professionalism, maintaining high satisfaction standards
- Coordinate check-in/check-out processes and manage room inventory systems
- Implement safety protocols and emergency procedures during all shifts
- Prepare shift reports and communicate critical information to management
- Train staff on service standards and operational procedures
Qualifications
- 3+ years hotel management experience with proven shift leadership
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to make quick decisions
- Exceptional customer service mindset and conflict resolution abilities
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Proficiency in hotel management software (Opera, etc.)
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- Valid Louisiana food handler certification
