Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage guest check-ins/checkouts using hotel management systems
- Process payments, handle cash transactions, and maintain accurate financial records
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism and empathy
- Coordinate housekeeping, maintenance, and valet services to ensure seamless operations
- Upsell hotel amenities and services to enhance guest experiences
- Maintain detailed reservation records and manage room assignments
- Collaborate with cross-department teams during peak hours and events
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency with hotel software (Opera, Fidelio, etc.)
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
