Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service during overnight hours, including check-ins, check-outs, and requests
- Monitor security systems and ensure guest safety throughout the property
- Manage front desk operations and handle reservation changes efficiently
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for overnight services
- Respond to emergencies and resolve guest concerns promptly
- Complete detailed shift reports and maintain accurate records
- Prepare the hotel for daytime operations and handover procedures
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
- Flexible schedule availability (overnight shifts, weekends, holidays)
- Basic computer proficiency with reservation systems
- Valid Florida driver's license (if driving required)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
