As a Shift Supervisor, you will be the face of excellence for our guests during your shift. You will oversee daily operations, ensuring seamless service delivery across front desk, housekeeping, and restaurant outlets. Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations and staff schedules to ensure efficient workflow.
- Address guest inquiries, complaints, and requests immediately and professionally.
- Conduct nightly audits of hotel operations, including security and safety checks.
- Train and mentor staff on service standards and operational procedures.
- Manage inventory levels for operating supplies and equipment.
- Collaborate with department heads to resolve operational issues.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; hospitality degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in hotel operations or a related field.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel management software.
