Responsibilities
- Manage daily hotel operations during assigned shifts ensuring exceptional guest service
- Oversee front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance teams
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly
- Monitor staff performance and implement quality control measures
- Coordinate check-in/check-out processes and room assignments
- Conduct safety inspections and enforce hotel policies
- Prepare shift reports and maintain accurate documentation
Qualifications
- 2+ years hotel or hospitality management experience required
- Availability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Proficient in hotel management software (Opera, etc.)
- Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
- Valid California driver's license (if required for property tours)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Must pass background check and drug screening
