Responsibilities
- Oversee daily front desk operations and housekeeping schedules to ensure efficiency.
- Manage and resolve guest complaints and requests with empathy and professionalism.
- Conduct nightly shift briefings and handovers to incoming staff.
- Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and security protocols.
- Train and mentor junior staff on service standards and hotel procedures.
- Monitor inventory levels for amenities and supplies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a hotel or hospitality management role.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency in hotel management software (PMS) is preferred.
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
