Responsibilities
- Oversee all front desk, housekeeping, and security operations during assigned shift
- Manage staff scheduling and ensure compliance with hotel standards
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and VIP requests with professionalism
- Coordinate with maintenance and engineering for facility upkeep
- Conduct shift briefings and performance reviews for team members
- Implement safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Prepare shift reports and financial reconciliations
Qualifications
- 3+ years hotel supervisory experience in 24/7 operations
- Flexible availability for evening/overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong conflict resolution and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in hotel management software (Opera, Cloudbeds)
- Nevada Gaming License preferred (or ability to obtain)
- Exceptional communication skills in English (Spanish a plus)
- Proven track record in guest satisfaction metrics
