Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, ensuring a welcoming and comfortable environment.
- Assist with front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and answering inquiries.
- Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain the pristine condition of guest rooms and common areas.
- Manage reservations and coordinate room assignments efficiently.
- Monitor security systems and ensure the safety and security of all guests and property.
- Collaborate with the housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs promptly.
- Work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by the department.
Qualifications
- No previous hospitality experience is required; we are looking for attitude and aptitude.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift moderate weights for extended periods.
- Flexibility to work various shift patterns, including night shifts and weekends.
