Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding guest service across front desk, housekeeping, and food service areas
- Maintain pristine room standards and public spaces following brand protocols
- Process guest check-ins/checkouts efficiently using hotel management systems
- Resolve guest inquiries with professionalism and problem-solving skills
- Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless shift transitions
- Adhere to safety and sanitation standards in all operational areas
- Complete daily shift reports and handover documentation accurately
Qualifications
- Previous hotel/hospitality experience preferred but not required
- Flexible availability for rotating shifts (days, evenings, weekends, holidays)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Basic computer literacy and point-of-sale system experience
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
