Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to hotel guests in all public areas
- Perform cleaning and maintenance duties in guest rooms and common areas
- Assist with front desk operations including check-ins and check-outs
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Follow safety and hygiene protocols per hotel standards
- Collaborate with team members during shift transitions
- Report maintenance needs and safety concerns immediately
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask efficiently
- Physical ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Valid work authorization in the United States
