Responsibilities
- Manage seamless guest check-ins/check-outs while maintaining personalized service standards
- Handle reservation inquiries, room assignments, and billing operations with precision
- Resolve guest concerns promptly using our 'Guest First' protocol
- Collaborate with housekeeping and security teams for coordinated operations
- Process payments and manage financial transactions accurately
- Promote hotel amenities and local attractions to enhance guest experiences
- Maintain detailed records in our property management system
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in Opera or similar property management systems
- Ability to work flexible weekend shifts (Friday-Sunday)
- Valid Florida driver's license preferred
- Bilingual proficiency in English/Spanish highly desirable
- Knowledge of Miami tourism landscape a plus
