Responsibilities
- Assist guests with check-in/check-out procedures and inquiries
- Perform light housekeeping duties including room cleaning and restocking
- Operate front desk systems and manage guest communications
- Monitor and maintain common area cleanliness and safety
- Collaborate with team members during shift transitions
- Report maintenance issues and guest concerns promptly
- Support event setup and breakdown functions as needed
Qualifications
- No prior hotel experience required
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
