Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-ins/checkouts efficiently during assigned shifts
- Monitor security systems and respond to emergencies promptly
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints with professionalism
- Prepare shift reports and maintain accurate documentation
- Ensure lobby/public areas are impeccably maintained
- Assist with valet and concierge duties as needed
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Basic computer proficiency with reservation systems
- Valid New York State driver's license (for valet roles)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Emergency response certification a plus
