Responsibilities
- Deep clean and sanitize guest rooms, suites, and common areas using industry-standard protocols
- Restock amenities and ensure all supplies are properly stocked in guest rooms
- Operate industrial-grade cleaning equipment safely and efficiently
- Report maintenance issues and guest concerns promptly to management
- Adhere to safety and sanitation standards including OSHA and CDC guidelines
- Manage room turnover between guest stays with attention to detail
- Collaborate with security team for overnight property access and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional housekeeping experience in hospitality setting
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during overnight shifts
- Valid Tennessee driver's license (if driving company vehicle)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Basic English proficiency required
