Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and linens
- Report maintenance issues and safety hazards promptly
- Adhere to strict hygiene protocols and OSHA standards
- Execute deep cleaning projects during guest turnovers
- Coordinate with front desk for room readiness timing
- Maintain professional appearance at all times
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel housekeeping experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid Tennessee driver's license (for supply runs)
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
- Ability to lift 25 lbs repeatedly
- Basic English communication skills
- COVID-19 vaccination required
