Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service across front desk, housekeeping, and food & beverage operations
- Perform thorough room cleaning and maintenance to brand standards
- Process check-ins/check-outs efficiently using hotel management systems
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during peak shifts
- Maintain safety and cleanliness in all guest areas
- Complete accurate shift reports and handover documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months hospitality or customer service experience
- Availability for evening/night shifts and weekends
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer proficiency and POS system knowledge
- Valid food handler certification (preferred)
- Flexible schedule with reliable transportation
