Responsibilities
- Maintain clean and organized guest rooms/public areas
- Assist with check-in/check-out procedures and guest inquiries
- Operate hotel systems (POS, reservation software) accurately
- Handle cash transactions and reconcile daily reports
- Respond promptly to guest requests and service issues
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams for seamless operations
- Follow all safety and sanitation protocols
Qualifications
- Previous hotel/hospitality experience preferred
- Flexible availability for day/evening/night shifts
- Basic computer literacy and cash handling skills
- Strong communication and customer service abilities
