Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Greet guests upon arrival with a warm smile, handle check-ins and check-outs efficiently, and provide local recommendations to enhance their stay.
- Housekeeping & Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness and aesthetic appeal of guest rooms, public areas, and the lobby to the highest standards of luxury and hygiene.
- Front Desk Operations: Manage phone inquiries, process reservations, and resolve guest issues or complaints promptly to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
- Event Support: Assist with setup and breakdown for conferences, weddings, and corporate events held at the hotel.
- Security & Safety: Monitor CCTV systems, secure the premises, and follow all safety protocols for staff and guests.
- Inventory Management: Monitor supplies (linens, toiletries) and place orders as needed to ensure the hotel runs smoothly.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent required; some college or hospitality certification is a plus.
- Experience: Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred but not mandatory for entry-level positions.
- Skills: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.
- Language: Bilingual skills (Spanish/English) are highly valued in the El Paso market.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights (up to 25 lbs), and move quickly between different areas of the hotel.
