Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to hotel guests, including check-in/out assistance and concierge support
- Maintain cleanliness and operational standards of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly with a solutions-oriented approach
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless hotel operations
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain accurate documentation of daily activities
- Support event setup and breakdown for on-site functions and meetings
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of supplies
Qualifications
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Basic computer literacy for reservation systems and reporting
- Physical stamina for standing, walking, and lifting up to 30 lbs
