Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Provide exceptional customer service to hotel guests, handling inquiries, requests, and complaints with a smile.
- Housekeeping & Maintenance: Maintain pristine conditions in guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house zones according to strict hygiene standards.
- Front Desk Operations: Check guests in and out efficiently using Property Management Systems (PMS).
- Security & Safety: Monitor the premises to ensure a safe and secure environment for all guests and staff.

Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in hospitality, housekeeping, or customer service is preferred but not always required for entry-level roles.
