Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service across front desk, housekeeping, and dining operations
- Maintain pristine room standards and public areas with attention to detail
- Process check-ins/check-outs efficiently using property management systems
- Resolve guest inquiries and elevate experiences through personalized service
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during peak and seasonal demands
- Adhere to safety protocols and sustainability practices
- Support special events and VIP guest handling
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality experience preferred
- Valid Colorado food handler/serving permits (if applicable)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours and lift 25 lbs
- Flexible schedule availability including nights/weekends/holidays
- Proficient in hospitality software (Opera, etc.)
- Positive attitude with solution-oriented mindset
- Background check and drug screen required
