Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service across front desk, housekeeping, and concierge operations
- Maintain pristine guest rooms and common areas to brand standards
- Process check-ins/checkouts using PMS systems with precision
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints promptly with solution-oriented mindset
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations
- Adhere to safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Upsell hotel services and amenities to enhance guest experience
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Basic computer proficiency with PMS systems (e.g., Opera, OPERA)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Valid North Carolina driver's license (if driving required)
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Must pass background check and drug screening
